SSAP (Strategic Support Advisory Program)

The SSA Program (Strategic Support Advisory Program)  has been developed to support customers executing a technical and process oriented roadmap after a preceding assessment. Experience shows that the results of a an ENA or WNA assessment are expected to allow major improvements. But the IT department is frequently constrained by its day to day operations not allowing a fast execution of the recommendations. For this SSAP offers an effective way to capitalize on the benefits of a preceding assessment without putting constraints on the internal IT team.
